Terms of service

These terms apply to the website apyrtech.com and to the services provided by APYRTech (“APYRTech”, “we”, “us”). Each project is also governed by the quote or proposal we agree with you. If there is a difference between the two, the agreed quote or proposal applies.

Our services

We provide e-commerce store design and development on Shopify and WooCommerce, and ongoing store management. The exact scope, timeline and fees of each engagement are set out in your quote.

Unless your quote says otherwise, store management does not include customer support, returns, refunds or dispute handling, inventory management, marketplace integrations, or marketing and advertising. Packing orders remains your responsibility.

Quotes and payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Build projects are billed in stages as set out in your quote, usually with an advance before work begins.
• Management services are billed as agreed: monthly, per order, or by order volume.
• Applicable taxes are charged in addition to our fees.
• Third-party costs, such as your Shopify plan, domain, paid themes and apps, and payment gateway fees, are paid by you directly to those providers.

Your responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide content, product information, images, account access and feedback on time. Delays in receiving these may move the timeline. You confirm that you have the rights to all content you give us.

Timelines

We work hard to meet agreed timelines. Timelines depend on timely content and feedback from you, and on third-party platforms working normally.

Ownership

Once all fees for a project are paid, you own your store, domain, content and data. Your store accounts are created in your name. We may keep and reuse our general methods, code snippets and know-how on other projects.

Portfolio

Unless you ask us not to, we may show your store, name and logo in our portfolio and marketing.

Third-party platforms

Stores run on third-party platforms such as Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, hosting providers, payment gateways and courier services. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, fees or decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end a management engagement with 30 days’ written notice. For build projects, work completed up to the date of cancellation is payable. See our refund policy for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
